The Bélanger project showcases a complete transformation of an existing urban residence, thoughtfully reimagined to unlock its full potential. Inspired by the architectural heritage of Montreal's iconic shoebox homes, the project offers a contemporary reinterpretation that preserves the character of the original structure while meeting today's expectations for comfort, natural light, and a stronger connection to the outdoors.

The design embraces a refined architectural language, where the contrast of wood, black accents, and natural materials adds warmth, depth, and character. Large glazed openings establish a seamless relationship with the exterior, while a covered terrace extends the living space and encourages year-round enjoyment. From the kitchen to the home's more intimate spaces, every intervention contributes to transforming an ordinary house into a cohesive, light-filled residence designed for modern urban living.
