Design
Our integrated design services allow us to develop each project with a holistic vision, where aesthetics, functionality, budget, and constructability are considered from the outset. Thanks to our specialized in-house team, we are able to produce all the necessary project plans, create realistic 3D renderings, and make real-time modifications during design meetings, allowing for instant visualization of proposed adjustments and facilitating decision-making.
Our materials library integrated into MAD's offices also allows us to present and compare selected materials, finishes and products, offering a concrete and immersive experience in one place, where the different facets of the project can be explored and validated efficiently.

This visibility was also reflected in the Domus Awards, where Construction MAD was a finalist in the 40th edition in the Prestige New Housing category, then a finalist in three categories at the 41st edition, winning two Domus awards in May 2026.
