President's Message
I never chose construction by chance. Long before founding Construction MAD, I already spent my time making, transforming, and building. I loved understanding how things were made and, above all, imagining how they could be improved.
When I launched the company in 2009, my goal was simple: to offer my clients the level of quality, rigor, and commitment that I myself would have wanted to receive. More than fifteen years later, this vision remains the same.
What still fascinates me today isn't just the end result. It's the process, the challenges to overcome, the solutions to find, and the relationships of trust that develop throughout the project. I enjoy being involved, supporting our clients in their decisions, and helping to bring to life projects that truly matter to them.
I am proud of the progress we have made, but even more so of the team we have built and the trust our clients place in us year after year. It is this trust that motivates us to always aim higher.
15 years of MAD construction
Over the past few years, Construction MAD has evolved its approach with a simple objective: to offer its clients more comprehensive support and make the entire process smoother.
With experience, we've realized that many of the best decisions are made well before work begins. Therefore, we've chosen to get more involved in projects from the outset, participating in discussions, coordinating the various stakeholders, and validating certain technical and budgetary aspects even before the plans are finalized.
Driven by a lifelong passion for architecture, design, and the details that give each project a unique identity, we have also integrated design into our team and developed expertise that allows us to support our clients in their dealings with urban planning departments. Today, we are able to offer a true turnkey service where conception, design, coordination, and construction work together seamlessly.
This approach allows us not only to simplify the journey for our clients, but also to create projects that are better coordinated, more consistent and more enjoyable to experience, both during their execution and once completed.
Our offices
Designed to reflect the DNA of Construction MAD, our offices have been conceived as a true place for collaboration, creation and meeting.
At the heart of our offices, the close proximity between our various stakeholders fosters daily communication and better project coordination. Our materials library allows designers and clients to explore a wide selection of materials, finishes, and textures in a single space, thus facilitating decision-making and ensuring project consistency.
We have also created a welcoming meeting room where clients, designers, and project managers can gather to exchange ideas, plan, and develop projects. The spaces have also been designed to encourage interaction among team members, whether it's a spontaneous chat, a collaborative work session, or a casual get-together with colleagues.
More than just an office, we wanted to create a place that reflects our passion for design, construction, attention to detail and customer experience, but also an environment where talents can flourish, collaborate and contribute to stimulating and ambitious projects.
