The St-Joseph Pavilion is a 28-unit rental development shaped by a design approach centered on preserving and celebrating the building's architectural heritage. Every intervention was guided by the desire to maintain the distinctive character of the original structure, highlighting its defining architectural features—including moldings, woodwork, spatial volumes, and staircases—while seamlessly integrating contemporary upgrades that meet today's standards of comfort. The project strikes a thoughtful balance between preservation, functionality, and long-term durability.

The residential units were designed with a clean, light-filled aesthetic, where modernized kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces blend naturally with the existing architecture. Particular care was also devoted to the shared common areas, creating a rental community where heritage and quality of life coexist in harmony. The result is a timeless project that respectfully supports both the building's legacy and its continued evolution.
