Côte Terrebonne House

Designed to accommodate a young family while offering independent living space for an additional generation, this intergenerational residence was conceived around the concepts of sharing, comfort, and community. Situated on a large lot bordering the Rivière des Mille Îles, it takes full advantage of its natural surroundings thanks to generous windows and light-filled living spaces.

Côte Terrebonne project was analyzed well before the plans were finalized. The project underwent in-depth consideration to meet the specific needs of each occupant while anticipating the family's evolution over the years. This approach resulted in the design of a flexible and sustainable residence, capable of adapting to different stages of life without compromising on comfort or functionality.
