Located in the heart of Mile End, this major renovation project of 22 apartments was undertaken with the ambition of offering sustainable, modern, and high-quality rental housing in harmony with the character of the neighbourhood. The intervention at the Parc residential complex aimed to preserve the building's architectural identity while thoroughly modernizing the spaces to provide residents with a comfortable, functional, and long-lasting living environment.
Far beyond a simple aesthetic transformation, this project represents a complete and thorough renovation. All essential building components have been redesigned: insulation, soundproofing between units, window replacement, upgrades to plumbing, ventilation, and electrical systems, and overall improvements to the building's performance. This comprehensive approach ensures greater comfort, improved efficiency, and a rental experience tailored to contemporary expectations.
