Long considered virtually impossible to build on due to its steep slope, this plot of land remained on the market for many months. MAD, however, recognized a unique opportunity to create an exceptional residence that takes full advantage of its surroundings and spectacular lake views. While the site's topography presented a major challenge for foundation design and material sourcing, a thoughtful approach and tailored solutions transformed these constraints into true assets.

Designed as a contemporary lakeside retreat, the residence emphasizes a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors.
