Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of our high-end residential projects. You will guide clients through every stage of the project, contribute to key decisions, anticipate challenges, and ensure that the vision developed during the design phase is brought to life with precision on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete management of multiple residential construction projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee every stage of each project, from design through final delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain proactive communication throughout the project.
• Work closely with designers, architects, architectural technologists, and site superintendents to ensure seamless coordination of all work.
• Prepare, review, and track budgets, estimates, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, and professionals involved in each project.
• Develop project schedules and ensure timelines are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, plans, and quality standards.
• Participate in coordination meetings and ensure thorough follow-up on decisions and action items.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation for each project.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

• College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, architectural technology, estimating, project management, or another relevant field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction project management.
  

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of residential construction project management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Solid understanding of construction methods and project sequencing.
• Experience preparing and reviewing bids and estimates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word).
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Good command of English to effectively communicate with 
• English-speaking clients and partners.
  

Asset

• Experience with construction management software such as Fieldwire or an equivalent platform.
• Experience managing high-end residential projects.
• Knowledge of municipal permitting processes.

Working Conditions

• Permanent, 40-hour-per-week position.
• Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday.
• Competitive salary based on experience.
• Four weeks of vacation per year (Quebec construction holidays and the holiday season).
